3. Blueberry Ice Cream Sandwich

10. Make design with the help of a toothpick.
11. Place it on a baking tray.
12. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes. Remove it from oven and keep aside.
13. In a blender, add 100 grams blueberries and blend it well. Keep aside.
14. In a mixing bowl, add 220 grams whipping cream and whisk it well.
15. Add 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1/4 teaspoon blueberry flavour and mix it well.
16. Then, add the blended blueberries and mix it well.
17. Take a dish, place a butter paper in it.
18. Then, place the baked biscuits in it.
19. Now, add the prepared ice cream and spread it evenly.
20. Add 1/4 teaspoon blueberry flavour and make a design with the help of a toothpick.
21. Top with the baked biscuits and cover the dish with aluminium foil.
22. Refrigerate for 6 - 8 hours.
23. Serve.




4. Stuffed Guava Kulfi

    Guava combined with milk, almonds and pistascio gives a strong and thick taste to the guava and almonds.

14. Cover the guava and freeze for overnight.
15. Remove it from freezer and place it on a board.
