3 recipe salad easy and simple

         Welcome to the ebegboy cooking group, this time we will discuss healthy home-style food. But what are the ingredients that must be in every healthy food?

        Nutrient intake for the body can be obtained from various types of healthy foods, not limited to one type. In fact, it is recommended to eat a variety of menus to support the growth and development of the body. Eating different types of food can provide different nutrients, so that the nutrients needed by the body can be met.

1. Olivier Salad
    Olivier salad is an iconic potato salad prepared with carrots, peas, onion, and parsley all mixed with a creamy touch of mayonnaise. 🥔🥗✨ Also known as Olivye, this flavorful and budget-friendly recipe feeds a crowd making it great for parties or family gatherings

Ingredients:
3 carrots
2 potatoes
1/2 cup peas, cooked
3 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
salt and pepper


Preparation:
On a chopping board, cut carrots and potatoes into small-sized cubes.
In a small pot with water over medium heat, cook carrots for 10 minutes. Drain. Cool and reserve.

For assembling the easy Olivier salad: In a bowl, mix all cooked ingredients, onion, mayonnaise, and parsley.


2. Peruvian Cipache
        This classic Peruvian ceviche is a lighter version made with white fish marinated in lime juice. Red onion, ají chile, corn kernels, cilantro, sweet potatoes, and butterhead lettuce come together in a fresh explosion of flavors that will make this quick and easy Peruvian ceviche a great option to share with friends and family. 





Ingredients:


1/2 red onion, sliced


1/4 cup lime juice


1 tbsp salt


2 cup sole, cut into cubes


3 manzano chile or ají chile, finely chopped


1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped


1 pinch salt and pepper


1 cooked sweet potato, cut into thick round slices


1/2 cup corn kernels, cooked


butterhead lettuce, for garnish




Preparation:


In a bowl mix onion, lime juice, and salt. Add fish, ají chile, and cilantro. Add a bit more salt and season with pepper.


Refrigerate for 30 minutes.


Serve with lettuce, corn kernels, and sweet potatoes.




3. Argentinian Choripan
        When it comes to Latin American street food, there’s nothing as tasty as Argentinan choripán!  Choripán is a sandwich of sorts featuring a crispy bread roll stuffed with chorizo sausage topped with chimichurri.  Best served with potato chips and paired with beer, this mouthwatering choripán Argentino is the ultimate crowd-pleasing dish. 🤤




Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cups parsley, finely chopped
5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon chile flakes
1 tablespoon oregano
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 cup lime juice
salt
pepper
olive oil
3 Argentinian chorizos
3 loaves of bread
potato chips


Preparation:
For the chimichurri: In a bowl, mix olive oil, parsley, chile flakes, oregano, red wine vinegar, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Let rest for 20 minutes and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil, add Argentinian chorizo, and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside.
On a chopping board, cut open bread lengthwise, stuff with Argentinian chorizo and top with chimichurri. Serve Argentinian choripán with potato chips on the side and paired with lager beer.
