4 food made from flour with inggredients and method

        This time we will discuss foods whose basic ingredients are flour, maybe many of you like to eat flour-based foods? try to mention what you like to eat, write it in the comments column, okay?  
for now we discuss first what is flour?


         Flour is a natural product made by milling grains, usually wheat, to release the flour that sits inside. Like most natural plants and fruits, grains, including wheat grains, consist of three main components.
 Think of an avocado. Firstly there’s the protective outer layer – the skin –  which in wheat is called bran. Then there’s the seed from which the new plant grows. In the avocado this is the big stone, and in the wheat seed it is called wheat germ.  
Finally, there’s the main food source – in the avocado it’s the green flesh and in the wheat seed it’s the starchy endosperm. The endosperm is essentially just white flour sitting inside a wheat seed waiting to be removed.


        Grains have been ground to make flour since the Roman times – from 6000BC onwards. Grains were toasted to remove the chaff from the wheat and then smashed between two stones. The resultant flour was coarse and grainy. Evidence of sifting has been found so we know that even then, people were making fine, soft flour.


        White flour is made using just the endosperm, which is about 75% of the grain. Wholemeal or wholegrain flour, as the name suggests, uses all of the grain. And brown flour uses around 85% of the grain. See here for more information on some of the different types of flour available.


        There are so many foods made from flour, almost all foods contain flour, for example cakes, bread, crispy chicken, fried foods and many more that the admin did not mention.
But for now the admin will share 4 food recipes that contain flour.


1. Chicken Tenders
         Who here likes to cook fried chicken? there are so many fried chicken recipes, some are crispy, some are spicy, some are cheese and some are tender. Have you ever cooked chicken tenders, if you haven't already, the admin has presented the recipe for cooking chicken tenders



        INGGREDIENTS

Eggs - 2
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Chicken strips - 300 grams
Bread crumbs - 180 grams
Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
Parmesan cheese - 40 grams
Mayonnaise - 80 grams
Mustard sauce - 40 grams
Honey - 40 grams

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons coriander, 2 teaspoons garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
2. Add 300 grams chicken strips and mix it well.
3. Marinate for 10 - 15 minutes.
4. In a dish, add 180 grams bread crumbs, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 40 grams parmesan cheese and mix it well.
5. Take the marinated chicken strip and coat it with bread crumbs mixture properly.
6. Place it on a baking tray.
7. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for about 10 minutes. Remove it from oven and flip the strips to the other side.
8. Again bake for about 10 minutes. Remove it from oven and keep aside.
9. In a mixing bowl, add 80 grams mayonnaise, 40 grams mustard sauce, 40 grams honey and mix it well.
10. Serve with prepared chicken tenders.




2. McAloo Tikki Burger

INGREDIENTS


Flattened rice - 30 grams
Water - 300 milliliters
Butter - 30 grams
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Green beans - 50 grams
Green peas - 50 grams
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Boiled mashed potatoes - 780 grams
All purpose flour - 100 grams
Corn flour - 30 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Water - 300 milliliters
Bread crumbs - 80 grams
Oil - for frying
Mayonnaise - 70 grams
Ketchup - 30 grams
Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
Toasted burger buns - 7
Tomato slices - 80 grams
Onion slices - 70 grams

PREPARATION

1. In a bowl, add 30 grams flattened rice, 300 milliliters water and soak for 5 minutes.
2. Heat 30 grams butter in a heavy skillet, add 1 teaspoon garlic and stir well.
3. Add 50 grams green beans, 50 grams green peas and mix it well.
4. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.
5. Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and stir well.
6. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
7. Then, add the soaked flattened rice, 780 grams boiled mashed potatoes and mix it well.
8. Mash the mixture with the help of a food masher.
9. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.
10. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool for about 10 minutes.
11. Transfer this into a bowl, take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a tikki.
12. Place it on a plate and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
13. In a bowl, add 100 grams all purpose flour, 30 grams corn flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
14. Add 300 milliliters water and mix it well to make a thick batter.
15. Dip the prepared tikki in the batter and then coat it with bread crumbs properly.
16. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
17. Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper.
18. In a bowl, add 70 grams mayonnaise, 30 grams ketchup, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika and mix it well.
19. Take a toasted burger bun, place a tikki on one side and place some tomato slices on top of it.
20. On the other side, add some prepared sauce and spread it evenly.
21. Top with some onion slices.
22. Place it on the top of the another bun.
23. Serve


3. Mawa Bati

        A delicious cake that comes from India brings a distinctive taste to the spices so you can make this to serve to your guests who like sweet taste.



INGREDIENTS

Milk - 1.5 litres
Water - 500 milliliters
Powdered sugar - 500 grams
Cardamom - 4 pods
Cinnamon stick - 1
Rose water - 1 tablespoon
All purpose flour - 100 grams
Dry fruits
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
1. Heat 1.5 litres milk in a heavy skillet and bring it to a gentle boil first on a low to medium heat.
2. Then lower the heat and simmer the milk. Stir while the milk is simmering.
3. The milk will froth many times, while its being simmered. So when you see this happening, with a spatula stir the milk.
4. Scrape the milk solids from the sides and add to the milk.
5. The milk will continue to reduce and thicken as its being simmered on a low heat.
6. Continue to simmer and stir.
7. Towards the end when the milk has reduced much, you will see bubbles bursting in the reduced milk. At this point continuously stir.
8. When you see no bubbles in the reduced milk, its time to switch off the heat. It takes 2 hours and 30 minutes overall on a low heat.
9. Remove it from heat and cool for about 10 minutes.
10. Take a skillet, add 500 milliliters water, 500 grams powdered sugar and mix it well.
11. Add 4 pods cardamom, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 tablespoon rose water and mix it well.
12. Bring it to a boil.
13. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
14. Take the khoa and add 100 grams all purpose flour and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
15. Take a ball from dough and roll it into a ball and flatten a little bit with the help of your palm.
16. Add some dry fruits on it and again roll it into a peda.
17. Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
18. Dip it in prepared sugar syrup.
19. Soak for 15 - 20 minutes.
20. Place it into a serving dish.
21. Garnish with sugar syrup and dry fruits.
22. Serve.



4.  Loaded Aloo Cheese Paratha

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour - 300 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Carom seeds - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Water - 200 milliliters
Carrots - 50 grams
Bell pepper - 85 grams
Cabbage - 85 grams
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Boiled mashed potatoes - 800 grams
Onions - 100 grams
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
Processed cheese - 90 grams
Cheddar cheese - 60 grams
Ghee - for brushing
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams wheat flour, 12 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon carom seeds, 2 tablespoons oil and mix it well.
2. Add 200 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
3. Rest the dough for 15 - 20 minutes.
4. Take a pan, add 50 grams carrots, 85 grams bell pepper, 85 grams cabbage and mix it well.
5. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
6. Add 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
7. Cook for another 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
8. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
9. In a mixing bowl, add 800 grams boiled mashed potatoes, 100 grams onions, 1 teaspoon green chili, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1/4 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1 tablespoon coriander and mix all the ingredients well. Keep aside.
10. In a another bowl, add 100 grams mozzarella cheese, 90 grams processed cheese, 60 grams cheddar cheese and mix it well. Keep aside.
11. Take a ball from dough and dust it with flour.
12. Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
13. Add the cheese mixture on it and spread it evenly.
14. Then, add the potato mixture on it and spread it evenly.
15. Again add the cheese mixture on top of it and spread it evenly.
16. Now, roll it into a ball and seal the edges properly.
17. Flatten the dough circle, roll them with a roller to approximately six-inch diameter. This is now called a paratha.
18. Heat a skillet, place paratha on it and cook on moderate heat for three minutes. Flip it gently and brush it with ghee. Shallow fry over low heat.
19. Flip it again and brush it with ghee on the other side. Cook on low heat till golden brown. Remove it from heat.
20. Serve hot with curd.
